Our yummy local Bushwick Honey, collected only when the bees have extra.  Harvested by us with No Heat and No filters.  Only strained to take out the wax and large particles.  Honey taste and texture will change depending on when the bees collected the nectar and the season harvested.  Our honey will have small particles of pollen and other bee matter since it is Not Pasturised.  Keeps all the good for you parts of the honey in tact. If your honey becomes crystalized, place jar in warm water to become liquid again.  Honey never expires.  Not suitable for children under 1.
