OUR HONEY

It's super yummy and sweet, but not too sweet, and golden fantasticness

Raw, Unfiltered Honey from our rooftop apiary.  We take frames when they become available, meaning the wellness of the hives takes precedence over everything else.  Extracting the honey we use a small spinner and let gravity do the rest.  It falls through a medium and fine strainer and sits over a couple days to make sure we get all the good stuff
